Legal Fees                                                                                                      

     Representation by our firm will be billed on the basis of our standard hourly rate in effect during the period that services are rendered. In addition, we also bill our clients for costs incurred on your behalf for such items as, experts, transcripts, depositions, filing fees, and special mail delivery. Although on occasion we may advance funds to cover these costs, we reserve the right to bill for those services.

     Certain cases may qualify for a fee based recovery. Contingent fees are calculated based on the amount of settlement. The fee percentage or percentages accrue in the event of settlement, trial or appeal. Litigation experts, testing and other expenses are billed separately.
